PROPERTY RULES
NO SMOKING RULE: smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 100,00 € will be charged.
NO ANIMAL ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY: if not expressly indicated and agreed in advance, it is strictly forbidden to keep animals into the apartment.
RECYCLING: to reduce the environmental impact and comply with current regulations, it is necessary to make a proper separation of waste following the instructions in the apartment.
For stays from 1 to 3 nights, we recommend you to leave the waste inside the apartment. Our cleaning service will take care of the disposal.
For stays of 4 nights or more, you have to provide for waste disposal by yourself in the appropriate bins, which should be placed outside the entrance on the street, following the instructions in the house manual. For any questions please contact our Customer Service.
At check-in you will be asked to show an identity document and a credit card as guarantee.
